The black and purple cross-shaped veneer is precisely sewn with double lines. Every joint and every edge pressing must be repeatedly calibrated.

To distinguish from the imitation leather in the market, every inch of curvature fits perfectly. When sewing with visible thread, we have reduced the stitch spacing to the extreme to restore the original layering effect. It is all done by hand, with a large area and graffiti spray painting.

The operation is time-consuming and labor-intensive, all done manually. The fabric is uniformly made of 501 original factory-specific 7X7 denim, 13.5-ounce blue bull fabric. The pattern is also made of 501 base plate (the same method and material as the original version).

Distressed denim, complex process, fabric undergoes graphite, desizing, monkey, hand filing, hanging grinding, yeast washing, full spray...... We offer a complete set of tannin washing process and complete set of hardware mold opening and customization.
