For domestic orders in the United States, those in stock will be dispatched from San Francisco, California, and those without stock will be dispatched from China. For goods shipped from China to countries other than the United States, customized products

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

When your destination country is the U.S., you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY:10-15 business days

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:7-15 business days

During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.

 

For domestic orders in the United States, those in stock will be dispatched from San Francisco, California, and those without stock will be dispatched from China. For goods shipped from China to countries other than the United States, customized products will be dispatched within 1-2 weeks and regular products within 1-3 days. The Courier services for shipment are DHL,FEDEX,UPS and USPS.

 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

 

TAX AND DUTIES
